Responsabilità

• Design and build proprietary predictive models for pricing and risk (claims forecasting, renewal probability, price demand, portfolio value)
• Develop and implement new technologies to solve pricing and analytics problems
• Collaborate with the Pricing team to achieve goals and deliver value
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for pricing strategy
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines and model performance across the pricing platform
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and support data-driven decision making

Requisiti fondamentali

• Degree in STEM ( Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics)
• Experience as a Data Scientist
• Strong Python programming experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and industry best practices
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish beneficial but not essential
