Deep AI native software engineer

Overview As an AI/ML Computational Scientist, you design, build, and operationalize AI solutions for enterprise clients, blending custom models with cloud and third-party services. You own the full solution lifecycle, from assessing client needs to deploying scalable, production-ready systems and ML pipelines.

You will work on deep learning, Gen AI, and LLMs, while advancing MLOps practices and high-performance compute. Your work accelerates real-world impact by delivering reliable, scalable AI capabilities in client environments.

This role offers the opportunity to shape AI strategies across industries and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Responsabilità Formulate real-world problems into scalable AI/ML solutions Develop and implement ML algorithms and scalable data pipelines for training and production with DevOps & MLOps Customize Deep Learning and Gen AI models to business use cases based on data and infrastructure Engage in R&D of new AI and HPC algorithms and their client applications Work with large datasets and apply data preprocessing to ensure high-quality inputs Implement and maintain efficient data storage and retrieval for models and knowledge Justify the value of ML approaches in business problems Collaborate with business and technical teams to achieve end-to-end project goals and production integration Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Proven experience as a machine learning engineer or scientist deploying models in production at scale with monitoring and auditing Experience with distributed computing systems and cloud-based AI/ML deployment Experience building and deploying AI/ML software to cloud environments Strong written and verbal communication Client-facing consulting skills Cross-functional collaboration Python TensorFlow PyTorch
