This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile major project and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. ResponsibilitiesProvide second-level desktop support (remotely and on-site)Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows, MS Office, printers, peripherals)Handle service tickets in accordance with SLAsSet up and configure workstationsSupport upgrades, patches, and infrastructure activitiesDocument solutions and troubleshooting stepsEscalate complex cases to third-level supportRequirements1–2 years of experience in desktop support or an IT helpdesk (L1/L2)Good knowledge of Windows and common business applicationsBasic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamLanguage RequirementsItalian: B2 or higher (certified)English: B2 or higher (certified)Work AuthorizationValid, unrestricted work authorization for Italy is requiredAvailabilityImmediately – onboarding in SeptemberMaximum 2 weeks' notice periodWe OfferFull-time employment with fixed, regular office hoursHigh-profile project with a global automotive leaderStatutory social benefitsWhy Join?
