The American Academy in Rome seeks a Director to lead daily intellectual and communal life on its campus. Interessato/a a questo ruolo? This distinguished artist or scholar will guide an intellectual team, shape programming, and embody the Academy’s mission in Rome and beyond.

They will work with senior colleagues to implement programs, manage budgets, and promote cross‑disciplinary collaboration while maintaining a welcoming, rigorous residential community for Fellows, Residents, and visiting scholars.
