EHS Lead Italy

Overview In this role you will lead environmental, health and safety (EHS) across Italy, including the Sospiro plant, aligning sites with regulations and company standards. You will drive risk identification, governance, and continuous improvement, partnering with operations to enable safe, compliant, and sustainable operations.

You will shape the EHS strategy, develop a high-performing team, and collaborate across functions to support the organization's goals. This is a chance to influence safety culture and regulatory alignment at scale within a multinational context.
