Role: EMEA Talent Operations Partner Location: Vimercate, Italy Job Description In a fast-growing environment with high performance culture, Fortinet is looking for an HR Partner to support with our growing EMEA team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR support and operations, labour law, international mobility excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Adaptability and multitasking.
Thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tasks. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as, onboarding, offboarding, operational tasks and employee engagement. Project management skills, with the ability to implement initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
This role is governed by the applicable CCNL, including its classification, minimum salary levels and pay progression rules, and benefit. In line with EU pay transparency requirements, remuneration is determined based on objective factors, including the relevant National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), the specific job profile, and seniority level.
The target gross annual salary (RAL - Retribuzione Annua Lorda) for this position is expected to range between €44,900 and €74,000. The exact salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and specific geographic location/work arrangements.
