The position requires a hands‑on and execution-oriented approach, working closely with local teams to solve operational issues, improve processes and support logistics transformation initiatives. /p pThis role plays an important part in increasing the efficiency, standardization and reliability of logistics operations while supporting the development of stronger logistics capabilities across the region. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate logistics improvement and transformation projects across EMEA, including: /li liSupport implementation and optimization of logistics systems and digitalization initiatives (WMS, TMS, document digitalization, etc.) /li liIdentify and implement operational improvement opportunities in collaboration with local logistics teams /li liGather business requirements and coordinate logistics-related system developments with IT and other functions /li liDrive process simplification, harmonization and standardization initiatives /li liEnsure effective project execution, stakeholder alignment and timely follow-up of initiatives /li liSupport the definition, implementation and monitoring of logistics KPIs and performance measurement frameworks /li liProvide operational and system-related support to local logistics teams, including coordination of issue resolution, anomaly investigation and stakeholder alignment when required /li /ul h3Organization Team Structure /h3 pThe role reports directly to the EMEA Logistics Manager and is part of the EMEA Logistics Excellence team. /p pThe team operates at regional EMEA level and works closely with: /p ul lilocal logistics organizations /li litransportation teams /li liIT /li lisupply chain and operations stakeholders /li licross-functional project teams /li /ul pThe role has broad exposure across the organization and collaborates with stakeholders from multiple countries and functions. /p pTravels across the EMEA region is expected as part of the role. /p h3Knowledge Experience /h3 ul li4–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, process improvement or related fields /li liExperience managing projects in dynamic and international environments /li liExperience in logistics transformation, continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives preferred /li liExposure to operations/supply chain consulting environments is considered a plus /li liEngineering background (Management Engineering or similar) preferred /li /ul h3Skills Abilities /h3 ul liStrong execution and project coordination mindset /li liStructured and pragmatic problem‑solving approach /li liHigh ownership and accountability /li liAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li /ul /p
