Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainer for the EMEA region based in Italy. You will design and deliver training programs to elevate the capabilities of our sales teams across Italy and the region, focusing on onboarding, coaching, and consistent selling processes.
You will translate field insights into scalable content, drive adoption of enablement tools (e.g., Allego), and partner with regional leaders to measure impact and continuously improve training effectiveness.
