pPE Global are delighted to be working with our client, a dedicated data centre delivery partner, and we are pleased to announce we are seeking an experienced strongEHS Lead /strongfor a large data centre project in strongMilan, Italy. /strong /ppbr / /ppThey are a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.
They specialise in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning. /ppWe are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight. /ppDue to continued expansion as a direct result of winning new business, we are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced a strongEHS Lead /strongto join our team on-site in Milan. /ppbr / /ppstrongemPlease note there is no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance on offer.
Candidates must have a valid EU passport, or the appropriate working permit visa. /em /strong /ppbr / /ppBelow is a list of typical duties but is not exclusive of all duties that are required to be carried out during the project. /pulliEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, demonstrating adherence to the project delivery plan and in accordance with the Integrated Management System. /liliEnsure adherence to the Project Specific Environmental, Health and Safety Plans. /liliCo-ordination and participation in the development and review of task specific method statements, risk assessments, safe plan of action, permit to work. /liliCompliance with the project execution plan and implementation of Good Safety Practices. /liliWhere required, lead and manage a wider EHS Team on the project to effectively implement an Industry leading safety culture. /liliLeading and growing the EHS safety culture through all project disciplines on the project. /liliEnsure positive Client facing interactions with prompt attention to observations. /liliDesign and deliver safety focused information sessions across all levels in order to drive high levels of safety awareness and actions. /liliManage ongoing R.E.A.C.H assessments, control of hazardous substances and reporting on outcomes to senior management with recommended actions as necessary. /liliEnsuring that safety interventions are completed and registered. /liliCarry out regular site audits and inspection, document results and follow up on any corrective actions. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSkills Qualifications /strong /pulliRelevant Qualification in Environmental, Health and Safety. /liliSignificant experience managing EHS on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience an advantage). /liliProven experience in managing an EHS Team and ensuring project deliverables are met. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /liliComprehensive knowledge of current EHS legislation and best practices. /liliProven ability to manage all environmental, health, and safety aspects on-site effectively. /liliStrong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. /liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. /liliFlexibility to adapt working patterns as project needs evolve. /liliExcellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongBenefits /strong /pulliWork with a market leader in the Data centre Construction industry. /liliBe part of a forward-thinking team delivering critical infrastructure in a high-growth sector. /liliLong-term career progression opportunities and professional development support. /liliCompetitive salary package /li /ulpbr / /p
