Manpower Professional is recruiting on behalf of a vibrant and contemporary hospitality group for an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of an innovative fine-dining concept. We are seeking a highly experienced culinary professional with a strong background in Asian cuisine, particularly Chinese gastronomy, and a broad understanding of diverse Asian culinary traditions.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for kitchen operations and lead a well-structured brigade within a fast-growing and ambitious restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the kitchen brigade (approximately 8–10 team members across two operational sections)
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure efficient kitchen workflows
• Oversee purchasing, supplier relationships, and food cost control
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and recipe consistency
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the culinary offering

Requirements

• Proven track record as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
• Extensive experience in Asian cuisine, ideally with a strong focus on Chinese cuisine
• Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire structured teams
• Strong leadership skills with an empathetic, people-focused approach
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering a positive team culture Package:
