ph3Job Title /h3 pExecutive – Maintenance /p h3Experience /h3 p2‑3 years /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance and to support new business initiatives and projects. /li liReview and communicate the impact of maintenance activities on general and task management. /li liEffectively delegate maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and manage small projects with the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works. /li liAdhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of the site. /li liDevelop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan for missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively. /li liAudit and ensure compliance of the engineering data systems. /li liSchedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime. /li liManage the team to ensure machine availability and reactively manage dysfunctional machinery with shift management. /li liOptimize equipment according to standard procedures, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators (KPIs). /li liEnsure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro‑mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken. /li liEnsure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and provide proactive support/solutions when required. /li liDevelop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure. /li liManage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy. /li liProduce written reports and make presentations. /li liUndertake continuous training and development. /li liPerform root cause analysis and resolve problems. /li liIdentify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required. /li liEnsure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting. /li liConduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department. /li liManage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements. /li liEnsure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors. /li liPeople management: manage, coach and develop a high performing maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements. /li liSet department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports. /li liWork collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance strategy. /li /ul h3Education Qualifications /h3 ul liB.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical /li /ul h3Behavioural Profile /h3 pLeadership, good interpersonal skills, time management, problem solving skills, flexibility, teamwork, technical expertise. /p h3Desired Skills /h3 ul liSAP knowledge /li liMicrosoft Outlook /li /ul /p
