An understanding of aluminium extrusion processes and manufacturing requirements is a plus. What will make you successful? You are a strong communicator and collaborator who can build relationships with stakeholders across different functions, cultures and organizational levels.
You combine technical expertise with a structured, analytical and data-driven approach, take initiative and enjoy solving complex manufacturing challenges. You are comfortable working independently, managing projects and driving change, while keeping a strong focus on continuous improvement, safety, quality and operational excellence.
