The Field Engineering Manager provides leadership and oversight for the field technician ecosystem across assigned school sites. This role blends technical operations with brand stewardship, ensuring school environments reflect our organization’s standards of excellence in technology integration, reliability, and presentation.
You’ll lead internal staff and external partners to deliver consistent, brand-aligned service that enhances the educational experience.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management or equivalent work experience. Experience in educational or school-based environments preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to support users while reinforcing technical and brand standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage technical staff and partner vendors. High emotional intelligence and situational awareness when working with school leaders and staff. Willingness to travel overnight (up to 25%) and adapt work hours based on school site needs.
Able to lift 50 lbs. and meet physical demands of school site work. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation and
