Field Sales Representative (Rome / Milan)

We are one of Europe's top-rated dog supplement brands, already sitting on the shelves of hundreds of pet shops across several markets. Italy is next, and we are building the first sales team here from scratch. This is a ground-floor role.
You are not joining a big Italian sales org with a fixed script. You are the person who opens the market. What you will actually do Visit pet shops in your city every day, around 10 to 12 stores. Pitch our starter pack to the owner, set up our POS display in the shop, and leave it there working for you.
Follow up by phone with the stores you have already visited to take repeat orders. Report directly to me, not to three layers of management. What we offer Flat fee per completed store visit, paid regardless of the outcome Bonus on every display you place in a store Fuel covered Full-time, self-employed contract (P.IVA) A defined territory that is yours, in a market with no competition from inside the company Start as soon as you are ready What you need Italian at native or near native level English good enough to work with me and the founder day-to-day Experience in sales, ideally face-to-face Own car and a valid driving licence Formal years of experience are not a filter.
