Field Sales & Training Lead – K-Beauty in Rome

Yepoda is expanding across Europe and building its first field team. This Rome-based role represents the brand inside Sephora Italy, focusing on sell-out, training Beauty Advisor teams, and keeping flawless in-store presentation across four doors in Rome.

You will own relationships with Store Managers, lead education sessions, and report weekly on sell-out and merchandising. 2–5 years in prestige cosmetics, Sephora experience preferred; fluent Italian and English are required.
