As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the technical face of Revvity across Italy, ensuring our cutting‑edge diagnostic and life science instruments deliver maximum value to customers. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, instrument uptime, and ultimately, scientific breakthroughs in laboratories nationwide.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Applications, and Service teams across Europe, you'll contribute to Revvity's overall business performance and growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Service Delivery Diagnose, repair, and maintain Revvity's Diagnostics and Life Sciences portfolio (immunoassay platforms, LC/MS, DNA extractors, plate readers, imaging systems, liquid handling, etc.) ensuring maximum uptime across Italian territory.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules and respond to service calls, prioritizing critical customer needs. Manage and track technical escalations, coordinating with European technical support and product specialists to ensure timely resolution.
Provide on‑site technical training and troubleshooting support to optimize instrument performance. Collaboration additional languages are a plus. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
