Maintain a good relationship with customers. Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for installation and commissioning activities. Prepare all documents and report to be signed by the customer representative.
Report work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed. Troubleshoot simple equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future. Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.

Experience in a similar role inside High Voltage Products field is considered a plus. Ability to work independently and coordinate field technicians. Flexibility along with problem‑solving abilities. Availability to travel (90‑100%).

Starting from: 44,800 gross annual. In addition to the base salary, this role includes a performance bonus and a results‑based bonus, designed to reward both individual contribution and company performance. The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
