Field Service Planning & Training Coordinator

pPROGRESS GROUP seeks a service professional to plan and coordinate maintenance, repair and training at customer sites. You will build and expand our network of external service technicians and collaborate with hotline, spare parts and production teams to improve field service quality and efficiency. /ppYou will identify quality-related issues and ensure they are communicated to the relevant departments for follow-up, contributing to a seamless service experience for international customers. /p
