IQM Selezione is recruiting a Finance & Accounting Lead for a rapidly growing multinational company based in Bologna. The company, headquartered in India, is expanding its European operations and is looking for a motivated and autonomous professional to act as the local reference point for finance and accounting activities.
The selected candidate will work alongside an accountant and will be responsible for managing financial reporting, coordination with the commercial department, and all finance-related activities, including support to group consolidation processes, in collaboration with international colleagues.
RequirementsDegree or diploma in Economics, Finance, or AccountingGood knowledge of Italian and international accounting standards (OIC and IFRS)Previous experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or similar rolesGood command of Excel and accounting/ERP systemsResidence near BolognaExcellent written and spoken EnglishMain Duties and ResponsibilitiesManagement of monthly and annual closings and reporting to the parent companyPreparation of statutory and management financial reportsSupport in the preparation of Italian and consolidated financial statementsTreasury activities, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoringCoordination with the commercial department on financial mattersSupport in VAT, tax compliance, and tax returns (with external advisors or independently, depending on seniority)Acting as main contact person for finance and accounting matters with international headquarters Workplace:Bologna, Italy; occasional travelto group offices may be requiredThe selection process complies with the principle of equal opportunities (Law 903/77). “Aut.
