Finance Commercial Controller

Overview As Finance Commercial Controller you will lead financial analysis and decision support for the Italian Commercial organization, blending commercial finance partnering with FP&A. You will translate data into actionable insights to support pricing, profitability, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.

You'll work closely with Commercial, Pricing and R&D teams to help drive profitable growth and informed decisions. This role offers visibility across cross-functional partners and the chance to shape financial reporting and dashboards at scale.

Retribuzione / Benefits Bonus plans participation Total Rewards programs Industry-specific pension plan Industry-specific health plan Competitive compensation package Equal pay and non-discrimination policy Responsabilità Partner with Commercial and cross-functional stakeholders to support value-creating decisions Provide financial analysis on customer, product, channel and innovation profitability Support pricing decisions and assess margin impact and profitability risks Challenge assumptions and provide profitability-improving recommendations Evaluate commercial initiatives, customer proposals and business cases Support annual budget, forecast and month-end closing processes Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate insights Develop clear, actionable financial reports and performance dashboards Support continuous improvement of FP&A processes Maintain and develop Power BI reporting and dashboards Ensure quality and use of financial and commercial data Use Excel and Power BI to model scenarios and support decisions Support reporting automation and data visualization improvement Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor in Finance Several years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Financial Controlling or Finance Business Partnering Experience supporting commercial decision-making and profitability analysis Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills Advanced Excel skills including modelling and data analysis Strong Power BI capability with report/dashboard maintenance Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) cross-functional collaboration analytical thinking communication Advanced Excel modelling Power BI reporting and dashboards Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
