Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Knowledge of controlling practices such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost accounting.
Strong numerical, analytical, and conceptual skills with a strategic mindset. Structured and process-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Initial leadership or team coordination experience is considered an advantage.
