In this role, you will oversee the VIP Lounge operations, ensuring a world-class, highly personalized experience for high-profile clients. As the on-site leader during shifts, you will drive service excellence, team coordination, and operational efficiency, while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience: Oversee meet-and-greet operations, lounge assignments, and personalized service from arrival to departure Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver 5-star service, conduct performance evaluations, and manage schedules Operational Coordination: Supervise F ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards Service Recovery: Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt resolution and documentation Compliance: Adhere to organizational policies, health and safety standards, and maintain required records Lead the day-to-day operations of the VIP Lounge, ensuring exceptional service delivery in line with brand standards Serve as the primary point of contact for VVIP guests, managing requests, preferences, and feedback to create seamless, memorable experiences Act as a hands-on leader, fostering a culture of anticipatory service, loyalty, and guest engagement Key
