It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores. /p h3E-COMMERCE PROJECT MANAGER - Maternity cover /h3 pAt Diesel Headquarter located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for an E-Commerce Project Manager to be included in the E-commerce Department, whose mission is to work closely with internal business partners and third party’s vendors to increase the customer experience, optimize business processes and drive focus on strategic and value-adding projects. /p h3Main activities /h3 ul liManage and deliver a stream of projects to drive growth in Global Omnichannel E-commerce according to the yearly global roadmap; /li liSupport project scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization; /li liPlay a key contact role with several teams, including IT, Logistics, Legal, CRM, BI, UX, Finance, and Local E-commerce team (Europe, Nam, Japan, China) to ensure collaboration across Departments and Regions; /li liConstant communication and alignment with all the stakeholders to ensure effective projects implementation; /li liMonitoring of project progress, updates of projects schedule and costs; /li liProvide the first level of support for the applications to the local e-commerce teams; /li liPrioritization of the tickets backlog based on business priorities; /li liResearch, assessment, and selection of digital vendors to improve the users experience; /li liManaging external supplier; /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 2/3 years of professional experience in project management in an international business environment; /li liKnowledge of International OMS, Jira, PSP, Salesforce (or other ecomm platforms), Logistics workflow, and omnichannel services setup; /li liAbility to build long‑term relationships and communicate with a wide range of internal and external parties, either with a business or technical background; /li liStrong analytical, planning, scheduling, and problem‑solving skills; /li liAttention to detail, ability to produce reporting and present ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing; /li liSelf‑motivated, flexible, and able to handle work independently; /li liProficiency in written and spoken English. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pBreganze (VI) /p h3Compensation Level /h3 ul liFixed‑term contract for maternity cover /li liCCNL Textile Industry, Level 6° /li liSalary range (gross annual): €35,000 - €40,000 /li liVariable incentive plan: 5% of gross annual salary /li /ul h3What we Offer /h3 ul liA dynamic, and international work environment /li liContinuous learning and professional development opportunities /li liExposure to multiple business functions and cross‑functional collaboration /li liFlexible working hours and smart working options /li liWork‑life balance initiatives /li liSupplementary health insurance /li liSupplementary pension plan /li liDiversity and inclusion policies /li liCorporate volunteering initiatives /li liExclusive discounts on OTB Group brands' products /li liCorporate welfare services, including company restaurant, gym, beauty centre, nursery and osteopathy studio (for Breganze) /li /ul h3Diversity, Equity Inclusion /h3 pAt OTB, we believe diversity is a strength: every perspective, background, and experience enriches our culture and fuels our creativity.
