Global GTM Lead — Luxury Fashion Launches

Fendi in Rome seeks a strategic leader to drive the Go-to-Market Strategy for all collections, designing and executing the Global Launch Strategy and a comprehensive 360° Marketing Plan to communicate the value of each collection.

You will coordinate with HQ functions, lead a two-person team, monitor ROI, and ensure launches align with brand priorities, product and business goals. The role reports into the WW Retail department in Rome and requires up to 30% travel.
