What’s nice to have Direct experience scaling HR operations in a high-growth startup environment (scaling from ~100 to 500+ employees).
Proven track record of building automated HR workflows or custom AI prompts/agents to eliminate manual data entry. Track record managing vendors across payroll, benefits, and compliance; proven implementation of AI/automation tools in HR operations.
Baseline familiarity with US state and federal employment law and payroll tax compliance. Location‑flexible smart working across Italy Competitive pay, meaningful growth opportunities, and a transparent approach to compensation. Salary ranges are defined for each role based on experience, competencies, responsibilities, and geographic location, with additional benefits and performance‑based incentives depending on the position.
