This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who is passionate about storytelling, employee engagement, and delivering high-quality communication experiences that support business objectives and strengthen company culture. /p pbHow You'll Make an Impact: /b /p ul liSupport the execution of internal communication strategies aligned with global business priorities and organizational goals. /li liCreate, edit, and publish engaging content for internal communication channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, emails, and employee social platforms. /li liManage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and relevant. /li liCoordinate global communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building programs. /li liPrepare communication materials for leadership, including presentations, speaking notes, key messages, and event-related content. /li liPartner with stakeholders across business functions, product groups, and regions to gather information and align messaging. /li liSupport communication activities related to town halls, leadership meetings, and internal events. /li liMonitor communication performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. /li liMaintain communication templates, toolkits, and content repositories to ensure consistency and efficiency. /li liLeverage Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools to enhance communication processes, collaboration, and employee engagement. /li /ul pbYour Background: /b /p ul liMinimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or a related field. /li liBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline. /li liNative or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. /li liStrong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a focus on audience-centered communication. /li liExperience working with internal communication platforms such as intranet systems, Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools. /li liExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and a strong interest in AI and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot. /li liAnalytical mindset with the ability to track engagement metrics, interpret data, and recommend improvements to communication effectiveness. /li /ul pAt Hitachi Energy, we recognize that our people are at the heart of our success.
