Graduate Service Engineer

Company: Turner ECS (MCS) Contract: Full-time Salary: €30,000 per annum Launch Your Engineering Career in Energy Control Systems Turner MCS is looking for a motivated engineering graduate to join our Italian operations as a Graduate Service Engineer.

This is a hands-on, field-based role designed to develop future specialists in control systems for gas and steam turbines, diesel engines, compressors and generators. You’ll receive structured mentoring, real site exposure, and technical training from experienced engineers.

You’ll be primarily based in Italy, with a planned 3-month development rotation in the Netherlands, plus potential international project exposure.
