GUCCI Retail Financial Controller

Overview As Retail Financial Controller, you monitor retail performance and drive profitability through financial analysis and investment assessment. You will partner with regional teams to inform decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and support sustainable growth of the retail network.

You'll work on KPI-driven reporting, budgeting, and capital projects for store openings and refurbishments. This role combines finance rigor with cross-functional collaboration in an international retail context. Retribuzione / Benefits company canteen supplementary health insurance company welfare program annual target bonus up to 20% of gross salary Responsabilità Run monthly profitability analysis by channel and prepare executive reports Conduct ad-hoc analyses on business and events performance and present findings Analyze regional/country/store performance through dedicated KPIs Support capital budgeting by reviewing regional investment requests and business plans Contribute to retail channel planning and controlling activities Monitor performance and profitability trends, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities Support budgeting and forecasting with financial analysis of key drivers Requisiti fondamentali Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance 4–6 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Business Controlling or similar Finance roles Proficient in English (verbal and written) Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to structure complex analyses and models Solid knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes Ability to analyze business performance and profitability, identifying trends, risks and opportunities Strong communication and presentation skills to translate analysis into business insights Ability to work with stakeholders in a cross-functional and international environment effective written and verbal communication strong presentation skills cross-functional collaboration financial planning budgeting forecasting
