About the Role As Group IT Head of Engineering , you will lead the organization's global infrastructure strategy, driving the transition to a cloud-first environment while ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing IT services across the business.
This is a strategic leadership role combining technical expertise, infrastructure transformation, team management, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the transition to a cloud-first infrastructure model, defining architecture and delivery roadmaps.
Manage regional and global engineering and infrastructure programmes. Oversee the implementation and support of IT systems, cloud and hybrid services, databases, and networks. Ensure the security, resilience, and performance of the global IT infrastructure.
