Factory Supply Chain Strategy /h3ulliIdentify, test, and onboard manufacturing partners capable of MTO production /liliNegotiate commercial terms and build long‑term partnerships /liliStress test factories for scale, speed, and quality /liliBuild and lead the in‑house atelier (pattern cutters, tailors, freelancers) /liliDefine hiring standards and test processes for technical roles /liliImplement best‑in‑class construction, fitting, and finishing standards /liliEnsure seamless collaboration between design and production /li /ulh34.
