Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR strategy for Italy and EU, aligned with the client's global vision and local market needs. Build and scale HR operations from the ground up, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and create workforce plans that support business objectives. Ensure compliance with Italian and EU labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices. Act as a cultural bridge between US headquarters and European teams, fostering alignment and collaboration.
