HR Generalist Intern in Milan (6–12 Months)

A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a proactive and positive intern to join its HR department in Milan. This internship offers the opportunity to engage in diverse HR activities, including staffing, onboarding, payroll, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a genuine interest in HR and a strong willingness to learn. A brief background in HR is appreciated but not required. The internship lasts between 6 and 12 months with a monthly allowance of €1,000.
