• Partner with leaders and managers on organizational design, workforce planning and people strategy.
• Provide guidance on performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Advise managers on employee relations and people management matters.
• Facilitate compensation and salary review processes.
• Contribute to workforce planning and headcount budgeting activities.
• Monitor and analyze workforce data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Promote a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous development.
