The HR Business Partner Intern will support the Retail EMEA People Management Team across the full HR lifecycle of candidates and employees. A key focus of the role is ensuring the accurate maintenance of Oracle HR systems and supporting operational HR processes.
The intern will collaborate closely with both the HRBP team and the Administrative team to ensure a seamless employee and candidate experience. This internship offers exposure to core HR practices within an international and fast-paced environment, providing the opportunity to develop analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Oracle HCM Data Entry proactive and autonomous. Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively across departments.
