ICT PLANNING, REPORTING & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Overview

In this role you support ICT planning, reporting and portfolio management to ensure visibility and alignment of ICT investments. You will coordinate with Controlling, Procurement and other stakeholders to drive governance, budgeting and executive updates. You’ll improve planning processes, data quality and management reporting to enable informed decisions. This is a data-driven role at a global group shaping ICT strategy and execution.

Responsabilità

• Support ICT Portfolio Management and PMO governance with visibility on programs, roadmaps, risks and resources
• Coordinate portfolio prioritization, KPI/OKR monitoring and executive reporting
• Improve ICT planning, reporting processes, tools and dashboards for reliable insights
• Support ICT financial planning and control (Budget, Forecast, Actuals, variance analysis, monthly closing)
• Coordinate Procurement-to-Pay processes and ICT expenditure management
• Support project governance, investment requests and audit documentation
• Prepare and present periodic portfolio, financial and performance updates to ICT leadership and key stakeholders

Requisiti fondamentali

• 4-5 years in ICT financial planning and control, ICT portfolio management or PMO
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, IT or related
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control and investment management experience
• Experience with project portfolio governance and executive reporting
• Experience with Procurement-to-Pay processes and investment workflows
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of SAP ERP or BI platforms is an advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
