Veolia Water Technologies (WT) seeks an experienced Industrial Water Technologies Sales Manager to drive growth in EPP, T advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in industrial water treatment technologies or process engineering solutions across multiple sectors.
Proven track record of achieving EPP sales targets and contributing to technology business growth; experience in Veolia’s 10 Industrial Priority Markets highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel extensively within Italy to industrial sites. Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional value.
Knowledge of the Italian industrial water and wastewater treatment market, regulations, sector trends and sustainability practices. Familiarity with Veolia’s technology portfolio and EPP capabilities. Understanding of industrial procurement processes and complex sales cycles.
