These products are designed to meet the automotive needs of a global market. What will you do Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives across the EMEA supply base. Develop and execute supplier development plans based on supplier performance, risk assessments, and business needs.
Monitor supplier KPIs including PPM, warranty performance, customer complaints, delivery performance, and audit results. Support supplier capability enhancement through coaching, training, and implementation of best practices.
Lead supplier escalation activities and recovery plans for underperforming suppliers. Supplier Audits
