YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the company’s intranet project as project manager, including concept development, coordination of stakeholders, and implementation of new structures and communication formats together with the IT department Develop and implement a content and channel strategy to enhance communication effectiveness and employee engagement Continuously improve and innovate internal communication tools, such as the company intranet, to foster effective knowledge management and employee connectivity Produce internal communication materials to support content dissemination and project updates Manage South Tyrolian media relations, acting as the first point of contact for press inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate responses Conceptualize and create comprehensive international press clippings and media monitoring reports YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
