ph3Posizione /h3 pBulgari Gioielli, within its Supply Chain Department - High Jewelry Workshop based in Rome, is searching for an Inventory Control Order Fulfillment Specialist. /p h3Responsabilità del lavoro /h3 h3Mission /h3 pManage all logistic activities within the Bulgari High Jewelry Workshop for raw materials, prototypes, semi-finished, and finished products, ensuring efficient and proper material handling, document completeness, and correct registrations in the systems, according to Company FA and Logistics procedures. /p h3Profilo /h3 h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liPerform all activities (picking, packing, good receipt and good issue) regarding national/international shipments, verifying conformity of the received/issued products and to the documentation, compliant with import/export norms /li liManage/perform product intra-plant movements and register pertinent data in the system. /li liSupport Product Managers with the product finalization flow and reworking flow /li liSupport management for KPIs analysis and update logistic dashboard /li liPerform and manage reconciliations with suppliers and internal customers according to company procedures. /li liGuarantee logistics support to events and fairs. /li liPerform periodically inventory of stock and manage pertinent data in the system, handling inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values according to FA procedures and indications. /li liMaintain inventory control records and provide solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. /li liAct as a reference point for IT projects. /li liSupport manager on optimization and implementation of new flows and tools. /li /ul h3Informazioni aggiuntive per i candidati /h3 h3Competencies /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Engineering or Economics /li li2 years’ experience in similar roles within structured environments or a consultancy firm /li liKnowledge of inventory techniques, warehouse, and stock management /li liProject management tools and techniques /li liProficient with MS Office (especially Excel) – SAP/Power BI as a plus /li liFluency in Italian and English /li liTime management /li liCustomer Orientation /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills /li liFlexibility /li liProactivity /li liProblem solving /li liTeamwork spirit /li /ul pFor new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 32.000. /p pThis salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting.

Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs. /p pThis role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Bulgari’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance. /p pIn addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies. /p pThe employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Bulgari in Italy. /p /p
