Qualifications
Masters of Science (in a financial major), or Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years relevant experience and/or relevant industry qualifications (e.g. CFA) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and prioritization, and an ability to operate effectively in a team environment Native-level fluency in Italian, both written and spoken Demonstrated interest in investments and the capital markets with eagerness to learn Proficient with MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with Python and with integrating AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) into workflows, including programmatically (e.g., via API calls), along with an interest in automation and process improvement Must be eligible to work in Italy without sponsorship or restriction now or in the future Resume and Cover Letter are required to complete your application.
