Antares Vision Group operates in the Life Science sector (pharmaceutical, biomedical devices, and hospitals), as well as in beverage management of cross-functional projects such as printers, badges, and IT registry. Ongoing Operational Activities Include Management of IT equipment orders Updating and maintenance of the inventory (over 800 leased PCs) Management of more than 200 mobile devices (phones, SIM cards, etc.) The Role Will Also Be Responsible For Active participation within the team Documentation activities (company inventory, non-conformity management, SOP updates) Evolution and improvement of the ticketing platform Improvement of response times and methods for ticket management Analysis of alert emails and support on IP telephony systems Preparation and configuration of client devices (new laptops, workstations, replacements) First-level support for clients and printers Organizational and control activities (Disaster Recovery checks, Antivirus Console monitoring, Backup systems supervision) Required Qualifications Basic system administration knowledge, especially in Windows environments Knowledge of networks, PCs (Windows and Linux), and VMware Precision, reliability, and confidentiality Good command of the English language Flexibility and dynamism Preferably 4–5 years of experience in the role The company offers onboarding with training and a salary package aligned with the role.
