In this role, you will act as a trusted partner between IT and business functions, ensuring alignment between organizational needs, business processes, and digital solutions. /ph3Tasks
responsibilities
/h3ulliContribute to the governance and execution of the company's digital transformation agenda, supporting strategic initiatives across multiple business functions. /liliCoordinate and facilitate cross-functional initiatives related to projects' implementation, process harmonization, and organizational change. /liliAnalyze and challenge existing business processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, and operational improvement. /liliLead and moderate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, testing activities, and decision-making processes with international stakeholders. /liliEnsure successful execution of project activities including planning, prioritization, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization. /liliPromote user adoption and organizational readiness by supporting key users and facilitating collaboration across departments. /liliMonitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and critical topics, proactively driving mitigation and resolution actions. /liliContribute to the coordination and alignment of internal and external resources involved in transformation initiatives. /liliAct as a change agent, influencing stakeholders across functions and driving business transformation initiatives. /li /ulh3Profile: /h3ulliBachelor's or master's degree preferably in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Economic or related field. /lili10+ years of experience in business transformation initiatives, or business process management within international environment. /liliProven experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving transformation initiatives in matrix organizations. /liliStrong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision. /liliLeadership attitude with the ability to coordinate activities, create alignment, and foster accountability also without direct reporting lines. /liliAbility to analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements and actionable solutions, leveraging an internal process architecture framework. /liliStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and pragmatic mindset. /liliAbility to facilitate discussions, align priorities, and support teams in dynamic and evolving environments. /liliStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented working style. /liliFluent in English and either Italian or German. /liliBased in or willing to relocate to Bolzano. /liliWorkplace: Bolzano, IT /li /ulh3Compensation Benefits /h3ulliAnnual Gross Base Salary Range: 45.000 - 55.000 + additional target bonus of 5-10% of base salary. /li /ulpWe are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. /ppPay decisions are made consistently across comparable roles and career levels, supporting our commitment to equal pay for substantially similar work. /ppWe are open to discussing a compensation package that appropriately reflects the value you can bring to the role. /p /p
