Your Purpose The IT Specialist – Inventory and Operations role is responsible for the effective management of IT assets, procurement, inventory and logistics to ensure the availability and compliance of technology resources across the organisation.
This position oversees the full lifecycle of IT equipment—from purchase order management and asset tracking through to deployment, maintenance and disposal, ensuring accurate inventory records and adherence to company procurement and financial policies.
The role also coordinates the shipment and delivery of IT assets, conducts inventory audits, manages stock levels to support operational readiness and provides reporting and forecasting to support budget planning. Your Impact Purchase Order (PO) Management: Track the status of purchase orders for IT equipment, materials, and software in line with organizational budgets and approval processes.
Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage IT assets from item coding through deployment, maintenance, and end-of-life disposal. Shipping
