Italian Credit & Collections Analyst – Milan

SumUp in Milan is seeking a Credit Management specialist to manage overdue payments for the Italian market. You will work with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Care to resolve outstanding balances and maintain customer accounts.

The role requires native or near-native Italian and good English, experience in negotiation or payment collection, and proficiency with Excel and financial data. An office-based role with opportunities for growth in finance/credit operations.
