Italy Indirect Procurement Internship Start Date: October 2026 | 6 months | Milan Your Role We are looking for a young talented person to join our Indirect Procurement team in managing multiple procurement categories at national and international level.
Responsibilities Drive budget analysis on specific categories. Cooperate with internal stakeholders to promote alignment and achievement of business objectives. Manage negotiation with suppliers and keep the database up to date.
Contribute to day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring a flawless PTP process and establishing routines for continuous improvement. Support sourcing activities of the indirect goods and/or services for Corporate and Italian Affiliate.
Qualifications Background in Economics, Management Engineering, Political Science or similar. Fluent in English and Italian. Proactive and able to handle multiple projects at a time. Pay attention to detail and demonstrate ability to set priorities.
Organized and responsive to internal and external customer requests. Good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel). Benefits 6 months internship at Via Vezza d'Oglio 7. 1000€ gross monthly reimbursement and daily meal vouchers (8€ ticket restaurants).
