Yara International ASA seeks a Marketing Team Lead to steer and grow the Italy marketing & agronomy function. You will lead the local team, shape the marketing plan, and coordinate with commercial, technical, and regional teams to align with growth strategies.
The role requires a Master’s degree and about 5 years in marketing/commercial roles, plus strong leadership and fluent Italian/English capabilities. Milan-based with openness to other Italian locations; travel may be required.
