Junior Project Manager

Job Description and Main Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: planning and monitoring project progress (deadlines, milestones and deliverables); checking the progress of activities; organizing technical documentation; reviewing and controlling documents; participating in meetings; managing and monitoring issues and criticalities.

Education and Experience Degree in Engineering (Management Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or related fields); 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably in Project Management or similar roles; PRINCE2 or CAPM certification is recommended; experience in R&D environments, preferably in the Telecommunications or Space sectors; good planning, organizational and project coordination skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Personal Skills Excellent organizational skills and autonomy in managing activities. Proactive approach and ability to independently identify information and communication opportunities. Accuracy and strong attention to quality and content accuracy.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while respecting priorities and deadlines. Team-oriented approach and ability to interact effectively with different company departments.

Eligibility Requirements and Contract Conditions The candidate must be authorized to work in Italy. Contract type: Full-time (40 hours per week). Salary: €30,000–€40,000 gross annual salary, to be determined based on the candidate's experience and skills.
