We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead and coordinate our Technical Department. The successful candidate will oversee all engineering and technical activities, ensuring the efficient design, development, and industrialization of products and systems.
Working closely with Production, Service, Sales and Purchasing teams, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality technical solutions aligned with company objectives and industry standards. br brLead, motivate and manage the Technical Office team, including engineers, designers and technical draftsmen. brCoordinate and supervise the design and development of products, systems, and customer projects. brEnsure compliance with technical regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements. brCollaborate with the Sales Department in defining technical specifications and supporting proposal preparation. brSupport Production during industrialization activities and technical problem-solving processes. brManage technical documentation, ensuring drawings, manuals, and related records remain accurate and updated. brMonitor project timelines, costs, and quality performance. brDrive continuous improvement initiatives and promote technological innovation across the organization. brEducation Experience brMaster's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline. brMinimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role. brPrevious experience within the plant engineering/industrial systems sector.
Candidates with experience in the heat transfer or chiller industry will be given preferential consideration. brGood command of the English language, both written and spoken. brStrong knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks. brExperience with ERP systems. brKnowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage. brProven leadership and people-management skills. brStrong project management capabilities. brEffective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. brResults-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation. brSalary package €65K–€75K and MBO Bonus. brOpportunity to lead strategic technical projects within a growing organization. brCollaborative and innovative working environment. brIf you are a dynamic engineering leader with a passion for innovation, technical excellence and team development, we would love to hear from you.
