The successful candidate will support the characterization, development, and optimization of thermoplastic and thermosetting compounds used in Energy and telecom cable technologies. In this role,

Perform advanced polymer morphological characterization to identify dispersion and distribution of polymeric and inorganic phases. Correlate polymer structure with chemical‑physical, rheological, and electrical properties of compounds.
Conduct comparative analyses to support material development, troubleshooting, and product optimization. Analyze, interpret, and model complex multi‑technique datasets. Generate clear technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for R
