pConverse is seeking a Lead Product Engineer to drive technical execution for assigned footwear styles from concept to production. You will partner with Design, Product Management, Materials, and Manufacturing to ensure fit, construction, and product integrity align with consumer needs and brand goals. /ppYou will leverage consumer insights and market trends to continuously improve product outcomes, stay aligned with sustainability and cost objectives, and elevate the Converse brand globally. /p
